I don't realize how little I update... Nov. 7th, 2006 @ 10:30 pm
I read everyone's livejournals.... I just don't update often myself. I either am too lazy or have other things to do.. mainly the too lazy part...

Christmas season starts for me November 11th. As of today, there are 48 days til Christmas. Meaning 48 days left before I get to go to sleep again. The stress of running Christmas sets in malls located in 4 different states is slowly creeping up on me.... My main concern is to not get behind on classwork... I'm thinking of ways I can stay up besides taking caffeine pills. I have a section of a group project due tonight that I haven't started working on yet.

my life is far from interesting..... especially since I still don't have a social life... but thats alright...

A busy month... Oct. 17th, 2006 @ 10:23 pm
I took this picture earlier today. I think with a few more situps and a few hours of dance dance revolution a day, I might be able to get into a bikini this summer.... Gosh my gut is bigger than I thought it was.... lol

I've been very busy lately... grad school, work, and more work.. lol... I'll update more later...

hello lj world.. Sep. 18th, 2006 @ 02:58 pm
I just got back to Pensacola from Orlando last night, and I'm leaving to go to Mississippi in a few minutes. Then from Mississippi, I'll be driving to Chicago for my grandmother's funeral.

I'll post a few pictures from Orlando later. Oh, my son has a puppy. He named his puppy Professor Lobo.

I wish I can take a break from all of this traveling. As soon as I get back from Chicago, I have to leave again to go to Houston for work.

» all these highschool kids...
Yesterday I substituted an English class at Pensacola High... and today I subbed a highschool reading class at Escambia High... Comparing the 2 high schools, I'm probably never going to go back to PHS - because those kids are "CRAZY"! Those teenagers acted like a pack of wild starving hyenas. They were screaming, moving around from seat to seat, sitting on top of the desks, opening and closing the window blinds, listening to headphones, attempting to "rap", pressing the button that called the office, walking in and out of the classroom, cursing loudly, and being total retards.

the Escambia high students were much better for some reason... all they did was talk loud... but they settled down once I told them to hush... Plus the school was cleaner, and I felt more comfortable... and Escambia High is just a couple of blocks away from my house. so yeah... according to my couple of days of being a substitute, I have determined that:

Pensacola High Students = The Spawn Children of Satan.
» if anyone cares to know...
today is my birthday. I am 24 now. That is all.

Oh yeah.. I am officially an employee for the Escambia County Public School department... as a substitute teacher. I went to the training yesturday, I think my name is in the system today and I can start substituting classes from any school in Escambia County. Yep. I have 2 jobs now.
» Computer buying FRENZY
Buying computers makes me happy. This weekend, I purchased:
- 33 Desktop Computers with the specs:
800MHZ/ 256MB RAM / 20GB HDD / CDROM / ETHERNET
- 45 Black CRT Computer Monitors
- 1 Gateway E4100 / 2.4GHz / 256MB / DVD CDRW/ No HD
- 1 Gateway E4000 / 2.4GHz / WinXP 40GB / 256MB / CDROM

I have no idea where I'm gonna store all of these computers once they come in the mail... and I think they are gonna be shipped on a pallet or something, and I have to sign for them... so I need to make sure I'm home for the most part.

This is so exciting. I'm like 10 months ahead of schedule.
» Mexican food makes me feel better...
I really don't feel like writing all the details at the moment, but I really hate doctors. I know more about myself than any doctor could guess from a book. And I don't like paying someone money just to tell me "I have never seen anything like this, I have no idea what to tell you." and what's the purpose of a referral to a physical therapist when they just say "Oh sorry, we haven't done a treatment like this before, so therefore I am going to cancel your appointment and not do it at all"... and I try to say "Well, nobody has done a treatment like that before, because my doctor told me I'm a rare and unique case... and there is nothing in any medical books about my current condition... but he recommended electrical treatment from a physical therapist for a possible damaged nerve"... but no... the physical therapist refuses to listen to me.. and tells me she's not gonna do it, because she doesn't want to do something that she's never read in a book.

I think I'm going to donate my live body to science.

Life would be easier if I had "regular" problems.....
» China has Super Wal-marts now...
http://www.wal-martchina.com/
I'm wondering if the managers get paid the same as the cart pushers. I really wonder how its like to live in a communist country. It couldn't be all that bad, its worked for them for several hundred years now, I think. I'm just really confused about a Communist Super Wal-mart, but I guess it could make sense.

A week from today, I'll be 24. I don't think there's a significant difference in being 23 or 24 with the exception that I'm a year closer to being 30 and I should be married by now. Also in the state of Florida once you're 24 you can no longer legally date anyone under the age of 18. So I guess being 24 means you are officially an old pervert according to Florida.

So now to enjoy the 2 days left of my "vacation".
